For example, cost centers entered into TESMA® are transferred into the CHG-MERIDIAN ERP system. The next time the customer's accounting department settles the account, it can draw all the relevant data directly from TESMA®, organized by cost center right down to the individual units.

The new CMDB interface allows them to transfer CHG -MERIDIAN portfolio data into other databases and link to that information, eliminating the need for manual or twofold data maintenance.

El departamento de RR. HH. puede localizar y realizar un seguimiento de todos los dispositivos asignados a cada uno de los empleados de forma sencilla.
Si un empleado se traslada a otra empresa dentro del grupo, su ordenador también le sigue fácilmente en TESMA®. Una función de historial y la asignación de datos de estado, como el régimen de empleado activo, las bajas de maternidad, etc., permiten al departamento de RR. HH. tramitar directamente los cambios en el personal. Así, el contrato de arrendamiento refleja siempre la situación real de los empleados.
